The first rule to follow when speaking out: never, ever go alone. Hopefully, you have made other social justice warrior allies when completing number 9.  You will need them now–even if they won’t speak up for gender equity.  You will need to put your neck out there for them first, but once you have, they should be willing to at least fill up a board room while you share your findings.
