This is a national and international movement, which has culminated in legislation here in California, but you don’t need legal mandates to make changes at your school! Girls are missing out on educational time, and needlessly staying home from school due to a lack of access to period care products. This was another campaign led by a committee inside of our Feminist Student Union!  Destigmatize periods by talking about them often, and get free dispensers in your school bathrooms!
